Hey Jim,

Sorry to hear about this licensing issue. Quite frustrating, I=E2=80=99m sur=
e.=20

So if you=E2=80=99re using BCC 10 you might want to make sure you have a val=
id internet connection and then go to the license manager (via the license b=
utton on at the top of the filter) and try to reactivate the software. If th=
at doesn=E2=80=99t work then try to deactivate and then reactivate.=20

Should that fail, I suggest a reinstall of the filters and then reactivate t=
he license.=20
