Sorry to hear about this licensing issue. Quite frustrating, I’m sure.
So if you’re using BCC 10 you might want to make sure you have a valid internet connection and then go to the license manager (via the license button on at the top of the filter) and try to reactivate the software. If that doesn’t work then try to deactivate and then reactivate.
Should that fail, I suggest a reinstall of the filters and then reactivate the license.
