Of course my connection is working, as that=E2=80=99s how I=E2=80=99m =
emailing and getting on the web site.

I forgot how to deactivate, but I uninstalled and reinstalled and the =
issue persists.

Any other ideas?

is there any way you could rouse somebody in Support to send me an =
unlock code?  I emailed my Unique Product Id to your Support email.
