Another thing to try is deactivate the license, uninstall the software, reinstall the software and reactivate the license.

Please let me know if any of these suggestions work for you. If we’re still watermarking after all of this then I’ll be home in a couple of hours and will continue to work on this with you from there. It’s sometimes easier when I’m in front of of a system.
