ouch - does that mean AVfoundation codecs breaks as well?
Apple cleaned up the quicktime 32bit dependency years ago. HAP uses AVfoundation (on mac)

I’m still reading that Pr 12.1.1 is a train wreck, and I’m not inclined to try it out.  However, I’m curious about Ae 15.1.

If I install 15.1, will it bork my ability to use Dynamic Link to Pr 12.0.1 - which isn’t the latest version?  Currently, Ae 15.0.1 and DL are working better than ever with Pr 12.0.1.  I’m almost ready to call the combination “reliable.â€
