As Jim says, install Premiere Pro CS6 from your cloud desktop, and Encore is included. Running fine on Win 10 for many of us. Be sure to run “as administrator.â€
Â
The install does not install the Eencore library (of menus). See this link if you need menus. Easier to add one from the library and modify than to create one from scratch.

This link is for the full library (full menus, and also separate buttons, backgrounds, etc). So it is large, which is one reason they separated it from the install.

That handles the authoring step. Encore will also burn the disk, but it often had issues. I build to an image or folder and use ImgBurn, which is much more robust to actually burn the DVD or BD.

Ahh, shoot, sorry. Running Windows 10.
Is High Sierra a burning SW too?
Â
You didn't say mac or windows.
If you have CC, I believe you can install Premiere CS6, which also installs Encore. I upgraded to High Sierra last week, and was amazed to see that it launched.

Hello,
Can anyone recommend a simple utility to burn a DVD? Looking for free, not a bunch of add on crap, etc.
I don't see Encore anymore in the Adobe Cloud and I had rendered an .m2v file to try then realized I don't have it.
Appreciate the help and advice. I don't do much DVD stuff anymore.
