I copied all my layers, = started a new project, created new comp, and pasted. I got an error = message - a lie - that a 2K layer size had changed to 360 x 240 and I = needed to re-analyze the 3D Camera Tracker. So, I deleted the 3D Camera Tracker effects on the layer it pinpointed, = and presto-change-o, I can now edit my text again. Thanks for the suggestion, though!
