Well, I've found the keystrokes as mentioned.  One site indicated a
dialogue box would appear to reset and another said, you don't see anything
and it just happens.

Meanwhile, I had stumbled in the preferences button that shows them in
explorer.   So I deleted all of the files that showed moments ago and when
I restart, it creates a new set.

Is that considered a reset? I dont know.

None if this works however. Nothing from today will open or import in to a
new project.

Somehow in renders using AME, some were saved from two days ago and they
import in.

That's helpful but I'd really like to figure this out.
