No problem venting.

Did you actually answer any of the Adobe calls and say in voice that you are not interested in teams at all and please stop calling about it?

Sometimes those call centers need to note something down on your account and an email reply back to a sales generic sales email address regarding it isn't enough.

A courteous answer and no thankyou would probably solve your issue I'd say. Unless of course they just aren't taking a firm no for an answer on the phone. Then that's a bit much.

Has anyone here experienced incessant, unrelenting phone calls and emails from Adobe Sales, harassing you into "consolidating" your company's existing CC accounts into a single Teams account?

We are a small, 4 person company, and I currently manage each editor's CC license using separate CC accounts. This is not a big deal to me, and although it would be nice to manage them all using a single account, it's not worth paying an additional $100/month over what we're currently paying to keep the individual accounts.

I've been ignoring all of Adobe's annoying emails and phone calls regarding this, but today I finally emailed them to ask them to STOP bugging me about it, and to STOP calling my direct line in order to evangelize me on moving to a Teams account.

Within 5 minutes of me sending that email, my phone started ringing. It was Adobe.

So I Googled for "Adobe complaints", so I could submit a complaint to them regarding the harassing behavior of their sales reps, despite having been told to cease and desist in contacting us in regards to this topic. But I was annoyed (but not entirely shocked) to discover that Adobe does not have any official conduit for accepting customer complaints.

It's stuff like this (as well as the never ending and increasing instability of the CC apps) that makes me seriously consider switching over to DaVinci Resolve.

Sorry, just had to vent.
