David,
That's about what I expected then. Ok, I'll work around it.
Thanks
Eric
As far as I remember due to AE's lack of a proper 3D environment, Element calculates it's 3D in an isolated environment that they engineered to make the plugin possible. So I don't believe there is any direct  interaction possible between it and the AE 3D space. Things may have changed since the last time I used Element though. David Torno --------------------

Just curious here before I pull my hair out. Do after effects objects with 3D turn on, a camera in place, not react in 3D space with Element 3D?
I have a very simple Element 3D text and an image set to 3D, camera on. I can change the view to top view and clearly pull the object ahead of the Element object yet it remains below it.
THanks, Eric
