That wouldn’t help much, because it was just positional offsets in the Transform effect. I just restarted the MBP (OSX 10.13) and that _seems_ to have cured the problem - its previews correctly now. But of course begs others - how would even a partially crashed system affect individual layers in an AE comp?

Would be helpful to see a screenshot. If you add additional effects to the Adjustment layer do they also not render? eg. fill, blur etc.

Good tip to check, but no 3D layers. Thanks!

If the layer's 3D, check if you've switched to the C4D renderer.

Trying to figure out why an adjustment layer with a transform effect isn’t rendering in the next comp. And no, it isn’t set to be a Guide Layer. Any ideas? It previews fine in the first comp. GPU rendering off.

I’ve had some other things not render with GPU on recently, so I’m wondering if it’s a bug.
