| This seems odd. Are you sure you didn't open up an old version of Acrobat by mistake? It seems like Livecycle was bundled with Acrobat X and removed for Acrobat XI... but XI was discontinued in 2017. I've got Acrobat DC 2019.10.20064, which can edit, and CC doesn't show any updates available. I would try opening Acrobat DC through the CC dashboard and trying to edit the file there. It seems likely there's a file association problem and maybe your new install of Windows has Acrobat XI installed by default.
