I used the 27" Dreamcolor Z27X for many months. Over time it drifted=0Ainto=
an overall reddish tint that color calibration does not seem to be=0Aable =
to correct, which is really weird. I bought the BenQ PV270 and have=0Abeen =
very happy with it ever since. It responds properly to calibration.=0AThe D=
reamcolor is now a GUI monitor and all critical color decisions are=0Amade =
using the PV270.=0A=0AThe HP and BenQ are not on par with the ultra-critica=
l state-of-the-art=0AFlanders or Eizo monitors; they are bang-for-the-buck =
monitors that ring=0Ain at less than half the price of the top of the line =
while still giving=0Ame sufficient confidence in color accuracy to get the =
job done.=0A=0ARobert W. Walker=0AWalkerSound=0AWalker/Fitzgibbon TV & Film=
