The reason Benq is a such a big deal is especially apparent at 32" monitors. IMO 24 and 27" are wasted at 4K on typical desk size for looking at 4K material.
Ezio has only one 32" pro monitor - $7K at B&H. HP has a $4k and $7K. Those do offer DCI 4K which is nice.
But Benq offers the EW3270U which I bought on a BF deal and was expecting to be barely adequate but is excellent. 100% Rec709 and 95% DCI-P3 and much better native contrast ratio with basic HDR. $520. UHD only, no native DCI. And couple of other monitors up. But the preset sRGB and Rec709 and DCI-P3 are great out of the box.
I just don't feel the HP Dreamcolors, Eizos or Flanders merit the extra money except for the DCI 4K resolution models. The UHD models they sell are severely overpriced especially those still running 1000:1 IPS panels. Avoid those like the plague.

I used the 27" Dreamcolor Z27X for many months. Over time it drifted into an overall reddish tint that color calibration does not seem to be able to correct, which is really weird. I bought the BenQ PV270 and have been very happy with it ever since. It responds properly to calibration.
The Dreamcolor is now a GUI monitor and all critical color decisions are made using the PV270.
The HP and BenQ are not on par with the ultra-critical state-of-the-art Flanders or Eizo monitors; they are bang-for-the-buck monitors that ring in at less than half the price of the top of the line while still giving me sufficient confidence in color accuracy to get the job done.
