Surely it is a setting.

Here is a link to screenshot of Apple mail on iPad. Still seeing every name on every post. Have for years. How is this not working for you guys? I can’t figure it out.

They used to be, but I use Apple Mail, and the only way I can see a sender who didn’t sign is to Reply to the message.  Then I see what you see at the top of this message.

Maybe that’s a new “feature” of Apple Mail.  Not sure.
