| Okay it seems something that was super easy is now not. I’ve used this feature a bazillion times in CC14 but it’s not available in CC18 I have an illustrator file with all text in the file spread out over 274 layers (good god adobe why on earth are we still playing this stupid game in 2019, why is it so hard to implement comp import behavior the same as photoshop (poundHeadOnWall() ) When the AI is imported into AE the function to Convert to Editable Text is grayed out.
