I can second this, it was only for 4 days last time I did it but there was zero internet access, 1 bar on the phone in case I needed to make a call and a stream nearby to listen to for white noise. It was amazing. Never underestimate the therapeutic abilities of staring into a campfire.

Everyone so far has been talking about a professional rut.  Don’t overlook your personal life.  Take a vacation that’s at least 2 weeks long.  Don’t look at a screen during that time.
A long time ago now I went camping for a while, totally isolated.  Sleeping in a tent, no electricity, cold water washes, etc etc.  I loved it but I didn’t even realise how relaxed it had made me until I went home.  Very hard to explain but I could tell that I was much calmer and happier and generally chilled.  I really wish I could do it again.
I don’t expect you to hike the Appalachian trail, but seriously: 1) vacation 2) MUST be at least 2 weeks duration 3) No screen time!
