Look at “Evil Twin Stereo” on Aescripts. Good complement to the built in ImmersiveVR (ex Mettle Skybox) tools and the Mocha 360 offerings.

You might want to look at Mocha Pro plug-in for Adobe which enables a stereo workflow for tracking, masking, stabilization and object removal in 360.
Without Mocha, you generally need to duplicate the work from one eye view to the other.

I have been playing with 360 stereo video for work.  I am trying to get a workflow going for compositing | tracking | stabilizing in AE

Almost everything I come across in my searches is for monoscopic 360.  Does anybody know of any resources to learn how to work with stereoscopic 360 footage in AE?
