Unfortunately for Adobe, my first step for data burn-in is to launch =
Resolve, which has a whole panel devoted to the subject with tons of =
useful options and no point size limits that I=E2=80=99ve run into, that =
I can apply to a ton of different comps in a single action. =
Unfortunately for BMD, Resolve is a nightmare for dealing with mixed =
frame rates and very large, arbitrarily-sized comps. Unfortunately for =
Adobe, the 2GB Comp size limit and Resolve=E2=80=99s secondary selection =
tools=E2=80=A6 And on and on.

But, these days I=E2=80=99m working in Resolve and elsewhere so much =
that I can=E2=80=99t remember where all the fool scripts are and what =
their names are. Nor do I want to remember. The job of a GUI is to guide =
me toward best practices; hI shouldn=E2=80=99t NEED to remember. Having =
to logically deconstruct the situation and build up a solution brick by =
brick is a nodal/CL approach that if I was generally disposed to, I =
would be long ago off to Nuke and Fusion land without looking back.
